Andriana joined Freemans in October 2015 as an Assistant Solicitor in the Family Department.
She specialises in all aspects of family work particularly: -
- Public Law Children Act applications- in particular Care Orders, Supervision Orders, Special Guardianship Orders, Adoption, emergency Protection Orders, Wardship Applications involving jurisdictional and international law.
- Private Law Children Act matters to include Residence, Contact, Specific Issues, Prohibited Steps Orders.
- Divorce and separation and family finances
- Family Law Act Matters including applications for Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders
Andriana deals with a mixture of private and publicly funded matters and frequently undertakes her own advocacy. She is seen by her clients as committed and able with an ability to see the bigger picture. As a member of Resolution, Andriana strives to conduct matters in a constructive and non-confrontational way.
Andriana graduated with a 2:1 Honours Degree from Queen Mary University in 2009 and went on to successfully complete her post graduate studies at the College of Law in London in 2010 with a Distinction. Andriana has completed her training in the area of Family Law and was admitted as a solicitor in October 2013.
