Freemans to take part in London Legal Walk Monday 22 May 2017

We are proud to announce that for another year the team at Freemans will be participating in the London Legal Walk on Monday 22 May 2017. This is a 10km charity walk organised by the London Legal Support Trust in aid of raising funds for free legal advice charities in London and the South East.

We are walking with the Lord Chief Justice, President of the Supreme Court and thousands of lawyers and people working in the legal profession to raise money which will be used to fund Law Centres and pro bono agencies in and around London. We know that these agencies do a fantastic job providing legal advice for the most vulnerable people in our community, helping to prevent homelessness, resolving debt problems, providing care for the elderly and disabled and fighting exploitation.

We also know how short they are of the funds to continue that important work during the current economic climate and with the recent cuts to legal aid. We hope that the funds raised from this walk will enable those worthwhile charities to continue with their great work.

How can you help?

It’s simple - please sponsor our walkers as generously as possible by using our safe and secure Virgin Money giving site.

Please remember that every donation however small can make a big difference to those in need.

Thank you for your support.
