Where you have a dispute with an employee or employer, Louise brings many years of experience to bear in firstly seeking to resolve the dispute without need for litigation but if necessary representing you in Tribunal proceedings all the way to a final hearing. Her Tribunal advocacy experience enables her to advise on how to avoid disputes, seeking to resolve them at an early stage and ensuring cases are well prepared for hearing.
Louise will talk you through your needs and wants and tailor documents just for you. As well as traditional hourly rates, Louise can offer monthly or annual retainers and fixed fee packages. In some cases we can offer fixed fees much like “off the shelf” documents available elsewhere, giving you a product that suits you for a competitive price.
