Trust, Probate and Will Disputes

Disputes can arise amongst family members in relation to provisions in Wills or Family Trusts.

Such disputes are not always complicated but they are emotional and stressful. We will wherever possible try to negotiate an agreement between the parties in order to minimise the damage to family relationships. If litigation is necessary we will guide and support you throughout.

We can advise and act in relation to such disputes. We can advise Trustees, Executors, Administrators’ and also Beneficiaries and those that had hoped to benefit from an estate.

We can advise on:

  • Will disputes
  • Trust disputes
  • Claims for provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
