We can advise on all aspects of Divorce, Cohabitation disputes and can also provide comprehensive advice for those intending to register under the new Civil Partnership Act. When possible we assist clients to reach mediated settlements, so as to avoid the cost, stress and uncertainty of litigation. Where mediation is not effective or appropriate we take a pro-active approach to obtaining a swift and satisfactory conclusion to proceedings.
